Meaningful and relevant support catered specifically to community and grassroots soccer coaches. Are you a local community soccer club, or individual coach, looking for advice or support in how to coach your junior or senior soccer team/s? New Wave can help! With over 8 years coaching experience (u7 through to Senior State League) and 20 years local playing experience, along with 3 years as a Coach Club Co-ordinator for Ocean Grove and Barwon Heads Soccer Clubs, I have navigated through every facet of grassroots playing and coaching life. Using the experience I have gained during this time, I can now share the knowledge to other community coaches, to assist in those areas of coaching that are most helpful. New Wave can help with developing coaching techniques and player development strategies, along with more specific community/grassroots coaching needs such as: *Organising and planning training sessions relevant to team age group and experience level *How to keep players engaged and enjoying the game *Key aspects to focus on to create a healthy and thriving club and team culture *Providing solutions to coaching/team problems unique to your team/club *Creating resources for you/your club that are relevant and catered to your specific needs This can be conducted as in-person visit or video meeting.
