Personalized one-on-one soccer coaching focusing on skill, technique, and soccer IQ development to improve player's confidence and comfort on the field. Once a player understands their role and the skills required to fulfill it, they will love the game and be obsessed with it for life. If they don't understand the game, the skills they possess won't mean anything. This is not just skill training, we are improving game intelligence. I have coached in the local leagues of Geelong at all age groups, also at state league senior level. I have entered junior teams in tournaments to play against the best teams in the state, on multiple occasions. I take teams with players who are only in their first year and they match it with players in their 6th or 7th year, at results driven, highly ambitious clubs. In reality, the experience gap means this shouldn't be happening, but it does. There are patterns and deficiencies that I've noticed and they are following players from juniors, right through to when they are coming to seniors. I study the game relentlessly and create solutions for players, so they then have a bank of decisions they can go to, and make their own choice which to use, for different scenarios that occur in a game. Want to take it further? I also offer post training analysis. With the use of video, I can record our sessions, then later watch, analyse, edit and send video clips with written feedback, highlighting what we are working on in our session, clips showing how well your child is implementing the targeted training and also feedback on things we will continue to improve on and what they can work on at home. This is a highly unique service that through research I can tell you, NO ONE else in the country offers. It is the most comprehensive form of training and will see your child improve drastically.
